Yoga with Yurikoでは、日本人・外国人向けのクラスがあります。 少人数制のため、どのレベルの方にもご参加いただけます。おそらく日本で唯一の日本庭園を目の前にしたヨーガ教室です。清水が湧き出る庭園の、四季の移り変わりも同時に楽しめる会場です。綿本ヨーガスタジオ同様、調身・調息・調心をモットーに、様々な内容のレクチャーでヨーガを提供しております。

- Yuriko Takahashi has been teaching foreign and japanese students in Niigata. Along with yoga instructions I also explain how each movement affects the body and what to do if you have certain ailments. Beginners and more advanced students are welcome.
